Shakti Soul Retreat

The Shakti Soul retreat is 6 days of yoga and transformation. With a small group of women from all different backgrounds and levels, we will immerse ourselves in the practice of yoga and divine leadership. Ayurvedic meals, waterfall excursions, and deep connection to our mother earth.

We will be hosting you at the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom retreat home of Shala Sol, a gorgeous space nestled deep in the jungle within the Diamante Valley. Completely surrounded by birds and butterflies the space is expansive and comfortable. Two streams frame the Shala and so the sound of flowing water is alwasy present. Morning dips in the streams are encouraged.
